观鸟台是湿地公园内登高、观树、赏鸟的生态观景空间，供游客在不同季节和高度观鸟休憩；借助开展滇池风土艺术季，将成为积极宣传滇池生态修复成果和环保理念的窗口。

观鸟台在保证结构稳固的前提下，尽可能采用环保材料，充分尊重场地的湿地景观特征与环境保护要求。

轻介入，融入场地

采用“轻介入”的设计手法，尽可能减少装置体量和结构对地接触面，保护场地原有土地，避免施工噪声侵扰鸟类，使观鸟台以轻盈姿态融入到杉树林自然环境中。

环保取材，尊重环境

观鸟台形式传承地方文脉，展示地方特色，成为地方人文历史的形象窗口。

 Light intervention, integration into the site

 The design technique of "light intervention" is adopted to reduce the volume and structure of the device as much as possible, protect the original land of the site, avoid the construction noise from harming birds, and make the bird-watching platform integrate into the natural environment of the fir forest with a light attitude.

 The form of bird-watching platform inherits the local context, displays the local characteristics, and becomes the image window of the local human history.
