卧龙古渔村，这个已经有600多年历史的村庄，正是古呈贡八景中“渔浦星灯”的原景地，滨水聚落，田坝交错，连片的清代民国时期历史风貌建筑古风犹存。一号地位于入村小径旁，东北两面均有建筑。设计旨在建造一个供游客休憩与拍照的景观亭子，其形体与周边建筑进行呼应。设计目标是回应卧龙古渔村的文化特征，挖掘天水人渔的文化内涵，让渔浦星灯再亮滇池东岸。
作品“与浪之间”选取波浪与礁石两个意象作为设计的主题。礁石，以其巨大的体积和稳定的结构给人以力量感，它们不仅是滇池生态系统的重要组成部分，还是象征着湖泊的生命希望和生命力量，而浪花正是古老渔村的记忆所在。建筑模拟岸边礁石，植物模拟浪花，营造浪花滚滚礁石永立的湖滨氛围。场地中心采取欧松板片叠加的手法构筑出层层叠叠的异形建筑，透过板片可若隐若现地观赏周围古村墙壁。建筑周围密植向日葵，打造特色花园给人们观赏，道路不规则铺设青石板，以汀步的方式连接建筑和出入口，生动有趣。草海中点缀摇摆灯，夜晚草海繁星点点与建筑中的暖光灯遥相呼应，重现渔浦星灯。在这里人们远离喧嚣，隐于自然，白日草海寻乐，夜里点灯望星。灿若繁星的半江渔火呈现在人们眼前，又演绎出点点星河的宁静与隽永。
Wolong ancient fishing village, which has a history of more than 600 years, is the original scene of "Yupu Starlight" in the eight ancient scenes of Chenggong. The waterfront settlement, the fields and dams are intertwined, and the ancient style of the continuous historical style of the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China is still alive.The No. 1 land is located next to the path into the village, with buildings on both sides of the northeast.The design aims to build a landscape pavilion for tourists to rest and take pictures, and its shape echoes the surrounding buildings.The design goal is to respond to the cultural characteristics of Wolong ancient fishing village, excavate the cultural connotation of Tianshui and fishing, and let the Yupu Starlight shine again on the east shore of Dianchi Lake.The work "Between the Waves" selects two images of waves and reefs as the theme of the design.Reefs, with their huge volume and stable structure, give people a sense of strength. They are not only an important part of the ecosystem of Dianchi Lake, but also a symbol of life hope and life force of the lake, and the spray is the memory of the ancient fishing village.The building simulates the shore reef, and the plants simulate the spray, creating a lakeside atmosphere of billowing waves and standing reefs forever.The center of the site adopts the method of using OSB plates to build layers of shaped buildings, through which the walls of the ancient village can be seen faintly.Sunflowers are planted densely around the building to create a special garden for people to enjoy. The road is irregularly paved with blue stone plates, connecting the building and entrance in a lively and interesting way. The swinging lights are adorned in Caohai. At night, the stars in Caohai echo with the warm lights in the building, reproducing the starlight of Yupu. Here, people are far away from the hustle and bustle and hidden in nature. In the daytime, Caohai makes fun of itself, and at night, they light up the lights and look at the stars. If the stars of the half river fishing fire are presented in front of people, they also deduce the little peace and meaningfulness of the star river.

建筑与城市规划学院成立于2013年6月，由昆明理工大学原建筑工程学院的建筑学系和城乡规划系组建而成。拥有40年的建筑教育办学历史，是我国西部较早开始建筑教育的学校之一。学院下设建筑学系、城乡规划系和风景园林系。“建筑学”和“城乡规划”是云南省最早通过全国专业教育评估的专业，拥有建筑学学士、建筑学和城乡规划硕士专业学位授予权的单位，设有建筑学一级学科博士点和建筑学省级博士后流动站。建筑学作为国家级一流专业建设点和特色专业及云南省优势特色重点学科，也是云南省“高等学校专业综合改革试点”专业和“卓越工程师计划”培养专业。城乡规划专业为国家一流专业建设点和云南省特色专业。风景园林专业为云南省一流专业建设点。

The School of Architecture and Urban Planning was founded in June 2013, formed by the Department of Architecture and the Department of Urban and Rural Planning of the former School of Architectural Engineering of Kunming University of Science and Technology.With 40 years of architectural education history, it is one of the earliest schools to start architectural education in the west of China.The school consists of the Department of Architecture, the Department of Urban and Rural Planning and the Department of Landscape Architecture. Architecture and Urban-Rural Planning are the first majors to pass the national professional education evaluation in Yunnan Province.
