Hui Lang is located at the northern end of the old pavilion in the Herb Garden. One side of the old pavilion opens to the garden, with trees whirling in the shadows, and the other side can let people feel the landscape of the stream through the stained glass window. When you walk to the end, you can see a clump of agave and cactus growing pleasantly. The Patio is a three-way landscape connector composed of the old pavilion, cactus and stream. The spatial combination of the circular nested inside the Patio blurs the spatial direction while letting people inadvertently approach the stream, and finally walk to the cactus up to three meters high, continuing the garden experience of the pavilion step by step. The 5mm concrete plate is suspended on the steel frame of the mutually supporting structure, providing a sense of space between architecture and installation with the extremely thin material.
