作品位于乌龙村二号门入口主干道一侧的草坪上，占地约108平方米。“网”是乌龙村的魂，历经百年犹在，“新绿”既指春天刚萌发的草木，富有生机活力。整体设计利用渔网构筑搭配花卉植物，营造花园被渔网捕捞而出的奇幻景象，寓意破旧渔网之上新生花朵，古老渔村又一次活力复兴。
方案抓住乌龙村最原始的记忆“渔猎文化”—优越的地理位置带来的渔猎条件是乌龙繁荣的关键，而“渔网”这一必要工具陪伴村民六百多年，见证了乌龙村的百年兴衰。因此设计选取“渔网”为主要元素，渔猎活动中极具张力的“捕捞”动作为转译对象，以网为媒，织补历史，重构空间，再现春日盛景。内部蜿蜒道路形取“乌龙浦”地理位置上入海口韵味，形成观赏动线。布置三组混合花镜，竹编构筑物增加起伏变化。运用场地原有石块，串联内部的道路，借场外芭蕉之景，创造打卡景点，运用秋千打造休息点，打造一系列的连续空间，一段人与河流从过去到未来耕海牧渔的故事。抚今追昔忆乌龙村没落的渔猎文化，期待古老渔村的再次复兴。
The work is located on the lawn on the side of the main road at the entrance of No.2 gate of Wulong Village, covering an area of about 108 square meters."Net" is the soul of Wulong Village, which has survived for a hundred years, and "new green" refers to the vegetation that has just germinated in spring, full of vitality.The overall design uses fishing nets to build flowers and plants, creating a magical scene of the garden being fished out of the net, meaning new flowers above the old fishing nets, and the ancient fishing village is revived again.The scheme seizes the most primitive memory of Wulong Village, "fishing culture" -- the fishing conditions brought by the superior geographical location are the key to the prosperity of Wulong, and the "fishing net" is the necessary tool to accompany the villagers for more than 600 years, witnessing the rise and fall of Wulong Village for a hundred years.Therefore, the design selects "fishing net" as the main element, and the "fishing" action with great tension in fishing and hunting activities as the translation object, using the net as the medium to weave history, reconstruct space, and reproduce the spring scenery.The internal winding road forms the flavor of the estuary on the geographical location of "Wulongpu", forming an ornamental line.Three groups of mixed flowers mirrors are arranged, and bamboo structures add ups and downs.The original stones of the site are used to connect the internal roads, and the banana scenery outside the site is used to create scenic spots. The swing is used to create rest points, and a series of continuous spaces are created, a story of people and rivers from the past to the future. Looking back on the past and thinking about the declining fishing and hunting culture of Wulong Village, we look forward to the revival of the ancient fishing village.
